The graduate: acquires the capability of performing research experiments and analyzing experimental results, and shows creative initiative and decision-making abilities. He or she has deeper knowledge in the given field of study, and is familiar with ecological problems arising from the development of rural areas as well as the functioning of agricultural infrastructure. He or she is also able to apply the methodology of conducting research in agriculture and process data with the aid of up-to-date information technology. The graduate is prepared to work in specialist agricultural farms, research and development institutions, and agricultural advisory centers. Graduates are prepared for continuous learning and professional development and are ready to undertake research work as well as to enter doctoral studies.
Future job opportunities: Acquired knowledge and skills will allow you to strengthen your own agricultural activity. Obtained competences will enable graduates to work in entities that employ specialists in management and production management. This applies to commercial and consultancy companies, as well as state-owned units in which agricultural, technical and economic knowledge is useful.
Requirements
The course is open for applicants who have successfully completed a B.Sc. Eng. Degree or equivalent, with minimum 210 ECTS in the field of: Landscape architecture, Bioengineering of food production, Biotechnology, Geodesy and cartography, Spatial economy, Engineering and agricultural management systems, Environmental protection, Gardening, Agriculture, Fishing, Agricultural and forestry technology, Food technology and human nutrition, Commodities, Zootechny, Forestry, Management of renewable and mineral raw materials, Tourism and Recreation.

In order to confirm the intention to study, the following documents should be submitted:
- signed application printed from the IRK system
- a copy of the diploma of completion of studies certified for compliance with the original (the attestation of conformity may be made by a notary or a person receiving documents)
- the original certificate of the result of studies (if a copy has been submitted at an earlier stage)
- photograph with dimensions of 35 x 45mm, on a light background, in accordance with the requirements for issuing identity cards, described on the back with your first and last name and IRK ID number
- insurance policy.
Fees
4 500, 00 PLN/semester, approx. 1000 euro/semester; registration fee 85 PLN (about 18 Euro)
